HALKIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS 2026
As part of our regulatory obligations and our commitment to keeping our client documentation up to date, we are writing to provide you with our Standard Terms of Business, which will apply to our ongoing professional services to you with effect from 1 FEBRUARY 2026.
These terms set out the basis on which we act for our clients, including the scope of our services, respective responsibilities, fees, confidentiality, data protection, complaints handling and other regulatory matters.
Our professional relationship with you may have commenced some time ago, and the terms applicable to our engagement may have been set out across a number of documents issued at different times. We therefore consider it appropriate to confirm a single, current set of standard terms to govern our continuing work for you.
What you need to do
No action is required from you unless you have any questions or wish to discuss the terms.
By continuing to instruct us, or by relying on our advice or services, on or after 1 FEBRUARY 2026., you will be deemed to have accepted these Standard Terms of Business.
If we have agreed any specific engagement terms with you in writing which are inconsistent with these Standard Terms, those specific terms will continue to take precedence.
